At EBY, we want you to feel empowered and comfortable in your own skin, which is why we offer a seamless return process for unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, individual pairs of underwear must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process to ensure tracked delivery.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, affix the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
